“I bought a Hayward VariFlow valve from Amazon. I received and installed the valve on May 6, 2017. On Sept 6 the handle broke. I called Hayward who recommended H2Oasis 832-689-5636 for the warranty work, Steffanie at H2Oasis verified with Hayward that the valve was under warranty and immediately, Dave from H2Oasis, came out and replaced the handle and there was no charge. I have no complaints with either party or the valve. Things do fail sometimes and all parties did everything possible to make things right. It was handled professionally and promptly, so I am happy.”
